Chapter 240: An Ant

Chapter 240: An Ant

Lineno waved his hand in front of Agas's eyes and saw that he was still looking at Cedric and Zhang Qiu's departing backs without any reaction.

"Agas! Agas!" He patted Agas' shoulder directly.

"What?" Agas came back to his senses and looked at Rheino.

Seeing that his eyes were still on Zhang Qiu, Lainuo curled his lips and said, "Don't tell me that you fell in love with your friend's woman when you first fell in love?"

"Linno, have you eaten any stink bombs recently?"

Agas looked straight at Rheino.

"Why else, every time you speak, your mouth stinks."

The next sentence that Lineno wanted to complain about was blocked by Agas.

Agas glanced at Zhang Qiu again, "Lainuo, when did this Zhang Qiu become so intimate with Cedric?"

Rheino thought carefully that during his daily Quidditch training, he would meet Cedric who was also training.

So Reino and Cedric interact a little more than Agas and Cedric.

"Zhang is a member of Ravenclaw Quidditch."

"Whenever we were on the court, I saw Cedric and her very close."

When Lineno saw Agas's serious face, his expression also changed.

"Do you think there's something wrong with her?"

Agas rubbed his fingers, still unable to figure out why he had such an uncomfortable feeling about Zhang Qiu.

"Keep an eye on her."

Agas looked up at two black spots running towards him not far away.

"You are here!" George and Fred trotted up to the two of them.

"Honestly Agarth, we've never been to Hogsmeade with you."

Fred grabbed Agas by the neck.

"Aren't you curious about what Madam Rosmerta, the owner of the Three Broomsticks, looks like?"

George blocked Agas's path.

Agas shook his head.

"From what I understand, this lady is about ten years older than you and me, right?"

"Who knows?" Fred shrugged nonchalantly.

Agas gave the two of them a long look.

Then he nodded and agreed.

The purpose of these two guys was not to go to the bar, but to lure him to go there with them.

Seeing that Agas had agreed, George and Fred looked at each other, bumped their buttocks, clapped their hands and shouted, "It's really not easy!"

It is really difficult to ask Agas out on the weekend.

"Agarth, Rolf and Hagrid asked me to give it to you."

George handed the box in his arms to Agas.

"They've been acting very secretive lately, and I don't know what they're doing. They just stuffed this thing into my hand when they saw us."

Fred leaned his head forward, his eyes sparkling with curiosity, as he looked at the box in Agas's hand.

After they mentioned Rolf and Hagrid, Agas subconsciously covered his head with his hands.

Grabbed a handful of hair.

He finally remembered what he had forgotten.

"It's over!"

Agas opened the box and inside it, there was an egg.

An egg with some green in the middle of the snow.

"Such a small egg, did Hagrid give it to you to eat?"

Fred held out his hand and measured the size of the egg.

The egg didn't even extend beyond his index finger.

Agas took the egg out of the box, pinched the head and tail of the egg between his index finger and thumb, and looked at the egg in the sunlight.

Under the sunlight, the color of the eggshell gradually changed from snow-white to gray-green.

Agas put the egg to his ear and could clearly hear the heartbeat coming from inside the egg.

“This is not for eating.”

Agas looked at the tiny egg with complicated eyes.

Carefully placing the egg back into the box, "I have to go look for Hagrid and Rolf."

"We just happen to be free, let's go together."

The three looked at Agas and said in unison.

They were not idle at all. They were obviously curious about what Agas had in his hand.

When the group walked to the outskirts of Hagrid's hut, they already saw Rolf and Hagrid.

I saw that the clothes of both men were dirty.

And you can also see some sticky liquid on the robe.

The closer I got to the two of them, the more I could smell the strange odor on them.

Agas came up behind them and watched them burying something in the garden.

"What are you doing?"

"Oh, what a surprise!" Hagrid turned around and saw Agast and his group.

"We are building a tombstone for the dead snails."

Rolf used his hands and feet to bury the last handful of soil, and then inserted the small wooden stick with his name written on it into the soil.

"Who is Snail?" Fred asked puzzledly, approaching the handful of soil on the ground.

“It’s an ant.”

"..."

Seeing the four people being silent, Rolf and Hagrid looked at each other and hurriedly tried to make amends for themselves.

"Snail is an ant that can carry large objects."

"Of course, it died because it couldn't accept its own changes, woooo." Hagrid took out a dirty handkerchief from his body and wiped the tears from his face.

Agas walked around the two men and entered Hagrid's back garden.

Good guy.

Others have a building every five steps and a pavilion every ten steps.

Hagrid's back garden looked as if it had been burrowed by gophers.

There was a small wooden sign every five steps. If Agas had not paid close attention, a piece of it would have collapsed with every step.

Lainno and the other two followed Agas and looked at the scene in front of them.

"Hagrid, are you going to change the name of your back garden to a cemetery?"

Fred asked sincerely.

"This is Cricket, Tata, Ou Ke, Wen Wen..."

George lowered his head and counted the names on the small wooden signs stuck on the ground one by one.

"Don't be ridiculous! My back garden is full of pumpkins."

Hagrid interrupted him, straightened up and pointed to his messy back garden.

"What about pumpkin?"

Rheino looked around in the direction of his finger but didn't see the pumpkin.

"Yes, where's the pumpkin?" Hagrid patted Rolf next to him.

Hagrid looked blankly at his dilapidated garden.

"Yeah Hagrid, where's your pumpkin?"

Rolf clapped his hands, shaking off the dust on them.

"It's okay. There's no big pumpkin, but there are still small pumpkins."

Agas squatted down and picked up a piece of pumpkin vine from next to the small wooden sign.

I saw a tiny pumpkin on the pumpkin vine.

"Hagrid, your little friend named Ita thoughtfully left a pumpkin vine for you."

Agas pointed to the small wooden sign of Ita at his feet.

"Pfft. Hahahaha." George and Fred stood there laughing.

"Hagrid, what happened to you and Rolf? You guys have been acting really weird lately."
