Chapter 126 Weapons Effective
Chapter 126 Weapons Effective
When Miyanwa stepped into the Nine Realms for the second time, he was standing on the shattered light of the Rainbow Bridge.
She no longer disguised herself, had no invisibility devices, and didn't even bring an energy gun. Her uniform as a high-ranking Kree commander was exposed to Asgard's surveillance network.
The rune watchtower lit up the instant she landed, and within three seconds Hela's death power locked onto her location.
Miyanwa knelt on the rainbow bridge, her hands raised above her head.
"I'm here to negotiate."
Hela appeared from the void, her black longsword pressed against the back of Miyanwa's neck: "We haven't settled the score for your escape from Vanaheim last time."
"I didn't run away," Miyanwa said. "It was your master who let me go."
Hela pressed the tip of her sword forward an inch.
"Enough, bring her in." The Holy Lord's voice echoed across the entire bridge through the runic network.
The main hall of the Golden Palace.
Miyanwa was brought before the throne, and she noticed that Wanda was standing to the right and behind the Holy Lord, and the red light on the bracelet on her wrist was more than twice as bright as when she last saw her.
The Holy Lord sat on the throne, with the Spear of Eternity leaning against the armrest.
"The Supreme Intelligence sent you to be the bait." The Holy Lord revealed his trump card directly: "An energy collector has been implanted in your body. Whenever I release any power at you, the collector will record my energy frequency and then transmit the data back to the Kree Empire."
Miyanwa's face turned pale instantly, not because he had been seen through, but because the Holy Lord's tone was too casual when he said those words.
"You know?" Miyanwa's voice was dry.
"It comes from the imprint on your soul." The Holy Lord stood up and slowly walked down the steps: "The Supreme Intelligence had Zola implant a quantum resonance collector in the third vertebra of your spine. Once enough sample data is collected, the Kree Empire's quantum annihilation weapon can be calibrated to a frequency specifically designed to counter me."
Miyanwa closed his eyes and awaited death.
But the Holy Lord simply walked past her: "Gather the produce."
Mi Yanwa suddenly opened his eyes.
The Holy Lord stood three steps in front of her, his back to her, the Spear of Eternity resting on the ground. The light of the Mind Stone flowed from his eye sockets, and dark golden energy seeped from his skin like water, causing the air in the entire hall to tremble.
The collectors in the spine of the Miyanwa were running like mad, and data was surging into the Kree Empire at a rate of trillions of kilobytes per second.
"This..." Miyanwa didn't understand.
"Go back and tell the Supreme Wisdom." The Holy Lord turned around: "Bring the weapon over and test it once it's finished. I'll be waiting."
Miyanwa was thrown out of the Nine Realms.
The entire process takes no more than ten minutes.
Wanda walked to Shendu's side, the crimson light in her eyes flickering slightly with confusion: "Why did Master give them the data?"
"Out of curiosity." The Holy Lord sat back on his throne, tapping his fingers absently on the armrest. "I want to see what these insects can make with my energy."
Wanda didn't ask any more questions; her master's decision didn't need a reason.
The Kree Empire, the Deep Lab.
When the data brought back by the dense annihilation tile was fed into the core of the quantum annihilation device, all the lights in the entire laboratory went out.
It's not a power outage; the device is consuming all the energy in the surrounding environment to process this data.
Zola stared at the rapidly scrolling analysis results, not even noticing that the pen had fallen from his hand.
"This energy structure..." Zola looked at the data over and over again seven times: "It contains at least three superposition states of the primordial forces of the universe, one of which I can't even build a theoretical model for."
Miyanwa stood to the side, his soul imprint quietly recording everything.
"Can it be made?" Miyanwa asked.
Zola gritted his teeth: "Energy frequency can be used to deduce the pattern of resonance deconstruction. A quantum annihilation weapon can dismantle his energy shield as long as it locks onto this frequency. Theoretically, it's possible."
"Not just theoretically," the voice of supreme wisdom echoed from the hall to the laboratory: "It's essential."
Over the next seventy-two hours, the Kree Empire poured a third of its national strength into this project.
Twelve modified Skrulls were sent into the resonance chamber one by one, their bodies forcibly adjusted to a state close to the energy frequency of the Holy Lord, serving as living calibration anchors for the quantum annihilation weapon. The first eight Skrulls exploded on the spot during the calibration process, their flesh and blood covering the entire wall.
The ninth one held on.
His entire body skin turned a translucent dark gold, his eyes burned with a light that wasn't his own, and he kept repeating the word: "Insects...insects...insects..."
Zola watched this scene from behind the protective glass, cold sweat beading on his back. This Skrull, having come into contact with the fragment of God's energy, was experiencing some kind of spiritual resonance and was repeating God's assessment of the Kree.
"Calibration complete." The technician's voice trembled. "The quantum annihilation weapon has locked onto the target frequency."
Zola walked up to the weapon.
It was smaller than he had imagined, only about the length of an adult's arm. It was completely black, its surface covered with intricate quantum circuits, and at its end was embedded an ancient piece of metal dug from the depths of the universe, emitting a low hum.
"The Godslayer," Zola murmured the name.
The highest temple of wisdom.
"Weapons are ready." Zola's holographic image appeared in front of the blue orb. "According to simulations, the Godslayer can dismantle 97 percent of the target's energy shield within its effective range. With the coordinated attack of twelve capital warships, there is a 68 percent chance of causing permanent damage."
The Supreme Wisdom remained silent for a long time.
"Attack!"
The border of the Nine Realms.
The twelve Kree Empire's "Judicator"-class capital ships were arranged in an arc formation, with the Godslayer mounted on the bow of the flagship "Worldbreaker Hammer," its black cannons pointed towards the Nine Realms.
The fleet commander was Rogge. He stood on the bridge, looking at the point of light marked "Nine Realms" on the holographic star map, his lips pressed into a line.
"The Godslayer has entered the warm-up phase," the weapons officer reported.
"All warships, activate shields to maximum," Rogge ordered. "Launch the Godslayer as soon as it's fully charged, give it no time to react."
A spatial rift has appeared.
Without any warning, three thousand meters directly in front of the fleet, the void was torn open, and dark golden light poured out.
The Holy Lord emerged from the rift, the Spear of Eternity held horizontally before him. He stood in the vacuum, gazing at the fleet array before him, his expression as if watching a play whose ending he knew before it even began.
"Fire!" Rogge roared.
The Godslayer unleashed a thick, jet-black beam of light that tore through the remaining interstellar dust in the vacuum, heading straight for the Holy Lord.
The beam hit its target.
The dark golden energy shield around the Holy Lord cracked under the beam of light, like lines crawling on porcelain, one after another.
"It's working!" the weapons officer's voice was almost a scream. "The energy shield is crumbling!"
Rogge waved his hand: "All warships, fire all main guns at once!"
