Lin Chen pushed open the iron gate and entered the control room along the corridor.
It was still the same room full of electronic devices, with the dull hum of cooling fans filling the air.
A wall of screens lay before me, monitoring information across the entire college and even the world.
"Come out," Lin Chen said softly.
There was a moment of silence in the control room, then all the lights dimmed, and a spotlight shone in the center of the room.
A pale blue figure emerged in the light. A girl with black hair that reached the ground wore a long, soft, silky dress and stood affectionately in front of Lin Chen.
"Master!" EVA bowed slightly. "It's been a long time!"
"Yeah, long time no see."
Lin Chen reached out and touched the pale blue light in the air.
EVA smiled faintly: "Master, I am just virtual, you are just touching those projections!"

They walked to the outside of the Executive Department dormitory, and EVA pulled Lin Chen inside.
EVA: "The Academy preserves the dormitories of all the agents who sacrificed their lives in the Executive Department. This is one of the few humane aspects of the Academy. My room should still be there!"
It was a small room in the corner, with a layout basically the same as that of Shudeya's place.
The room has a minimalist decor style, and the overall look is very refreshing.
It's clear that someone occasionally comes in to clean, but a layer of dust has still settled on the tables and chairs.
EVA opened the wardrobe against the wall, which was filled with EVA Days' clothes.
