Struggling to survive at Hogwarts

Chapter 107 Bullying

Chapter 107 Bullying

"Ron! How dare you! You actually dared to go into the secret room!"

As soon as Harry, Harry, and his friends got off the train, the enthusiastic Mrs. Weasley immediately surrounded them, her eyes filled with undisguised worry and anger.

Noticing that Harry seemed to flinch, Mrs. Weasley immediately changed her tone: "Oh! I wasn't talking about you, Harry, you're a brave boy!"

He then turned to Ron and roared, "If Professor Dumbledore hadn't written to you, I would have written you another roaring letter!"

Ron was a little dazed by the shout, and Harry was also full of surprise. At the critical moment, Hermione stepped forward!

“Mrs. Weasley, I am Hermione, Hermione Granger.”

"Oh, Hermione, what a wonderful girl! Ron mentioned you to me; you must have helped him a lot! By the way, I made a strawberry pie; would you like one?"

After Mrs. Weasley finished her long, impassioned speech, Ron watched as his mother shoved the strawberry pie she had prepared for him into Hermione's hands. He swallowed hard and whispered:

"...Mom, Hermione doesn't like strawberry pie..."

Seeing Mrs. Weasley's brow furrow, Hermione quickly took the strawberry pie and thanked her.

Just then, Thea and the others also got off the train.

Thea's appearance caused a moment of silence, followed by an even more intense discussion.

Harry frowned as he listened to the unfounded rumors about Thea around him, while Mrs. Weasley's expression darkened.

"If you have solid evidence, you are welcome to file a lawsuit with the Ministry of Magic, instead of hiding in the shadows like rats!"

As Thea announced in a deep voice, the murmurs gradually subsided.

"Miss Black, what is your stance on the matter of the Slytherin heir?"

"Or, what is your stance on Harry Potter killing the Basilisk?"

In the silence, Rita Skeeter's shrill voice sounded particularly jarring.

Thea was suddenly shoved with a microphone in front of her. She narrowed her eyes dangerously. Her friends behind her also made some movements, but Thea stopped them.

Thea looked at the other person, a hint of disgust flashing in her eyes, and said in a deep voice:

“If Miss Skeeter could read, she could write to Dumbledore instead of swarming around a student like a beetle!”

Rita was startled by the girl's gaze and was about to get angry when she was shocked by the word "beetle" in the girl's words.

She strained her eyes, trying to see if Thea was truly unintentional.

Regardless, Thea's eyes were full of warnings.

Perhaps the sense of danger outweighed the urgency of gathering news, and Rita paused.

"Skeet!"

As the dazzling platinum blonde hair appeared, Draco breathed a sigh of relief, then glared fiercely at Rita. If she dared to ask anything again, he would definitely punch her in the face!

He's only 12 years old anyway, so what if he's a little impulsive!

Anyway, he still has his father, so who can do anything to him?

Skeeter breathed a sigh of relief at Lucius's arrival; it was better to be defeated by Lucius than by this little monster!

Finally, after a “friendly exchange” between the two sides, Rita finally left the station.

"Are you alright, Thea?"

Even though he knew the other party's fighting strength, Lucius still asked a question.

"I'm fine, thank you Uncle Lucius."

Thea said sweetly, showing no trace of the danger she had just faced.

Immediately afterwards, the Parkinson family, the Greengrass family, and the Nott family all came forward to express their concern for Thea. After exchanging a few words with Lucius, they left with their children.

Harry stood to the side and watched the whole thing silently.

He slowly lowered his head, and no one saw the light in his eyes.

Is Thea's situation really as good as it seems?

Why did they wait until the very end for all the parents to step forward?

Countless questions swirled in Harry's mind. He glanced at Mrs. Weasley instinctively, only to find her lips tightly pressed together, her expression extremely complicated as she looked in the direction Thea and the others had left.

Harry's experience of living under someone else's roof since childhood made him quickly realize that asking the other person at this time was extremely unwise.

Reluctantly, Harry abandoned the idea.

--------

"Auntie Sissy, could you tell me about my mother?"

Thea's eyes were full of trepidation; this was the first time she had accurately expressed her curiosity about her birth mother since entering Malfoy Manor.

Narcissa was illustrating when she heard Thea's request, and her hand suddenly paused.

When she looked down and saw how small Thea was, a part of her heart suddenly softened.

“Okay! What does Thea want to know?” Narcissa tried to make her tone cheerful and gentle.

"Anything is fine!"

Thea was a little anxious, but a blush quickly appeared on her face, clearly realizing her mistake.

Narcissa's heart softened even more at Thea's actions, and she lovingly took Thea's hand, leading her into an art studio.

"Your mother, she was an extremely proud girl!"

"Whether it's talent or appearance, she's the most outstanding one in the crowd!"

Narcissa gently described her mother to Thea, her tone filled with nostalgia and pride.

"She's the most responsible of the three sisters, and she's been taking care of her two younger sisters since they were little..."

"Once, I got my dress wet at a banquet. I was so anxious, my first thought was to find her..."

"And then?" Thea asked.

"Then she scolded me like a mother, but she still managed to dry my skirt with a perfect drying spell! She was only in first grade!"

On this day, Narcissa showed Thea many photos of Bella and shared many memories of them.

However, she never mentioned why Bella ended up in Azkaban.

Thea knew what the other person was worried about, and sensibly didn't press for details.

"By the way, Thea, why did you suddenly ask about this?"

Narcissa had only asked casually, but unexpectedly, Thea's eyes instantly reddened, and she almost shed tears.

"Did someone bully you?"

"Who is it? I'll go avenge Thea right now!"

Narcissa, anxious and heartbroken, pulled Thea into her arms, wishing she could tear the person who bullied Thea to pieces!

"...No one bullied me, I just missed her..."

No matter how much Narcissa questioned her, Thea persisted in her version of events.

Narcissa could tell that Thea was upset, but she didn't press her for the time being. However, she was determined to interrogate Draco!

Anyway, he'll stay by Thea's side the whole time, he'll definitely be able to find out something!

Thea was held in Narcissa's arms, and when she caught a glimpse of the determination in Narcissa's eyes, she managed a smile out of Narcissa's blind spot.

It wasn't for nothing that she acted for so long; she finally gained something useful.
